About the Role
n
As aCommunity Services Support Worker, you'll provide in‐home and community‐based support that empowers people to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
n
Your day may include:
n

Personal care and daily living support
n
Domestic assistance
n
Social support and community access
n
Shopping and errands
n
Building meaningful connections with the people you support
n
n
Travel between participants' homes is required, and we aim to allocate participants within your preferred region wherever possible.
n
About You
n




You're someone who genuinely cares about people and believes in rights‐based, person‐led care. You're adaptable, reliable and confident working with a variety of needs and situations.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
n
Strong time‐management and organisational skills
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
n
Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide work rights evidence
n
n
