The Salvation Army is seeking a Veterans Case Manager for the Housing Pathways Program Prisons in Sunshine, VIC. This fixed-term, full-time role is based on-site with ad hoc prison visits and community outreach, reporting to the Team Leader.
You will coordinate housing and support services to help veterans regain stability and independence. We welcome applicants with relevant social services qualifications, robust case management skills, and experience working with veterans.
