Your Role in Creating Change
n
As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you'll work closely with localcommunity and government services to deliver
personalised,family
-focused support. Working in the northern suburbs(travel within the Adelaide north to work across multiple sites maybe required), you'll be part of a
collaborativeeffort
to build a just and compassionate society, upliftingfamilies and helping them achieve their goals.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications & Experience:
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work,Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or
equivalentexperience.
n
Training in working with families facing complexneeds.
n
Experience in case management and working withmarginalised individuals.
n
Certifications:
n
Child Secure Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
n
DHS Working with Children Check.
n
DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Skills & Commitment:
n
Knowledge of educational and vocational pathways.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databasesystems.
n
A deep commitment to social inclusion and qualityservice delivery.
