About the role
n
This Global client is currently undertaking a significant HRIS transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Consultant to join the People & Culture team on a 6-month contract.
n
This is a hands-on chance for an HR Systems professional who enjoys taking systems from design and configuration through testing, implementation and go-live.
n
You'll work closely with People & Culture, Technology and key business stakeholders to ensure the new HR platform delivers a great experience for employees and managers, while integrating effectively with the wider technology environment.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Configure and build HR system solutions from agreed designs
n
Lead UAT, including test planning, scripts, test data, defect management and business sign-off
n
Assess the impact of system and process changes across payroll, finance, reporting and other connected systems
n
Coordinate integration and regression testing
n
Develop and deliver stakeholder communications, training and change activities
n
Support go-live, hypercare and continuous improvement
n
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual workarounds
n




Support the decommissioning of the existing HR platform and secure retention of employee data
n
Partner with P&C;, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
n

About you
n
You'll have:
n
n
5+ years' experience implementing, configuring or supporting HR/People systems
n
Strong hands-on HRIS configuration and implementation experience
n
Proven experience with UAT, testing and defect management
n
Experience taking systems through go-live and stabilisation
n
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
n
Experience working with system integrations and downstream data flows
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
The ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix setting
n
A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
n
Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organisation
n
