About the Opportunity

The Randy Maiden Agency, an independently owned Brightway agency in Melbourne, FL, is hiring a licensed sales producer for a full time, in-office position. You'll have Brightway's carrier network and agency infrastructure behind you, with earning potential that isn't capped.

Core Duties
n

Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
n
Follow up on and convert leads passed along by the agency
n
Have honest coverage conversations that fit the customer's real needs
n
Consistently meet or beat monthly production numbers
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Must hold an active P&C; license
n
1–3 years of prior insurance or sales work preferred
n
Strong verbal communication and a consultative sales style
n




Motivated to work independently toward explicit goals
