Electrical Account Manager / Service Manager

Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, practical solutions and long-term client partnerships. As our service division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and government clients.

Energypro has recently moved into a brand-new purpose-built office and warehouse facility in Albion, supporting our continued growth and providing a modern, well-equipped base for our team.
n
This role is responsible for leading service delivery, supporting technicians, managing key client relationships and overseeing the operational and financial performance of service contracts.
n
The Role
n
Reporting to the Operations Manager – Service & Maintenance, this position plays a key leadership role within Energypro's service division.
n
You will manage a portfolio of commercial and government clients while leading a team of technicians and apprentices to deliver high-quality electrical service and maintenance outcomes.
n
The role requires strong technical capability, leadership skills, and the ability to balance client relationships, operational delivery, and commercial accountability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Client & Contract Management
n
Manage a portfolio of commercial and government electrical service contracts
n
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and add value for clients
n
Manage client engagement including meetings and relationship development
n
Lead, support and mentor technicians and apprentices
n
Provide technical guidance and assist with complex issues and troubleshooting
n
Work closely with service coordinators to manage scheduling and workflow
n
Maintain high standards of safety,



quality and professionalism across the team
n
Service Delivery
n
Scope, quote and oversee service and minor works projects
n
Ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to Energypro standards
n
Monitor job progress, quality and client satisfaction
n
Operational & Commercial Accountability
n
Manage workload, priorities and performance across your service portfolio
n
Ensure accurate quoting and financial awareness across works delivered
n
Take responsibility for the financial performance (P&L;) of your service accounts, including revenue, costs and profitability
n
Monitor job performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
n
Contribute to continuous improvement within the service division
n
What We're Looking For
n
We are seeking an experienced electrical service leader who is confident managing both client relationships and field teams.
n
Current QLD Electrical Work Licence
n
Significant experience within commercial electrical service and maintenance
n
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising electrical technicians
n
Strong communication and relationship management skills
n
Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving ability
n
Professional, solutions-focused approach
n
Highly Regarded
n
Previous experience in an Account Manager or Service Manager
n
Experience managing service contracts or client portfolios
n
Experience quoting and managing minor works projects
n
