About the role
n
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Medical Receptionist to join Perth Radiological Clinic in a permanent full-time role. This position will be based at our clinic at Bentley Hospital and will require to work at our clinic in Gosnells when needed.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build experience in a professional, patient-facing environment. You'll receive full training during the first eight weeks and ongoing support to help you succeed.
n
Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients at the front desk
n
Assisting during medical imaging procedures as a chaperone, ensuring patient comfort and safety
n
Completing administrative tasks such as preparing and printing consent forms
n
Packing and dispatching films/CDs for courier delivery in a timely manner
n
Acting as a key communication link between staff, technicians, and doctors
n
Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception and kitchen area
n
Coordinating refreshments for doctors
n
Handling confidential documents securely and maintaining privacy protocols
n
Following up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion and accuracy
n

About you
n
You're a motivated and approachable individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellent service.
You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and are eager to develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in a customer service role
n
Professional written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to learn and use new software and systems quickly
n
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Full Australian working rights (with unrestricted visa status if applicable)
n
A valid National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
n
