As a Branch Assistant, you'll be an important part of the North Lakes team, working across customer service, counter sales, warehouse operations and deliveries. It's a varied, hands‐on role where everyone pitches in to keep the branch running smoothly and customers well looked after. This is a full‐time role based in North Lakes, QLD, working Monday to Friday with no weekend work.

A typical day will see you:
n
n
Serving retail and trade customers at the counter.
n
Processing customer orders, sales and general enquiries.
n
Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
n
Managing goods inwards/outwards and inventory tasks.
n
Loading and unloading deliveries and courier shipments.
n
Completing customer deliveries in the company vehicle.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and protected branch environment.
n
Supporting the wider team with day‐to‐day branch duties.
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
Reliable and hardworking – A strong work ethic and someone the team can count on.
n
Confident communicator – Friendly, positive and comfortable dealing with customers and teammates.
n
Hands‐on and adaptable – Willing to move between counter sales, warehouse duties and deliveries as needed.
n




Physically capable – Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg.
n
Computer literate – Able to process orders and learn branch systems.
n
Relevant experience – Plumbing, trade, wholesale, retail or warehouse experience is advantageous, but not essential.
n
Valid Driver's Licence – Required for customer deliveries.
n
Forklift licence – Preferred but not essential; support can be provided to obtain one.
n
Australian Working Rights – Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
