We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to join our café team!
n As a Volunteer Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers while helping the café run smoothly in a busy environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
n
Serving customers at the till and assisting with orders
n
Preparing tea and coffee, including operating a coffee machine (training provided)
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented café space
n
Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping service areas tidy
n
n

Good communication and interpersonal skills

An interest in learning café skills and hospitality experience

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive team.
