Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
n
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns

Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines
n
Follow up on daily activities within the building
n
Learn and assist across consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management
n
Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, cleanliness and recovery standards
n
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
n
Oversee opening and closing procedures
n
Educate team members on products and promotions
n
Drive daily sales targets to achieve company goals and initiatives
n
Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 18+ years old
n
Possess at least A Level / SSCE/ Diploma or above preferred
n
Minimum 4 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles
n
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results
n
Proven written and verbal communication skills
n
Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
n




Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email
n
Able to operate a retail Point of Sale system
n
Desire to succeed in a high-growth, rapid-paced retail environment
n
Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
n
Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
n
