The Nitty Gritty
n
Join Tritton Operations as a Community Relations Advisor. This role is a key role focused on building solid, respectful relationships with community members, landowners, Traditional Owners and key stakeholders.
n
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands‐on engagement, supporting community initiatives, cultural heritage obligations, stakeholder relationships and social performance across the operation.
n

What you Bring:
n
n
Experience in business administration, social performance, community and stakeholder engagement, ESG, sustainability, government or corporate relations, or a related field.
n
At least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in social sciences, communications or a related discipline are desirable.
n
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social data, identify trends and translate insights into practical actions.
n
Proven skills in mediation, negotiation and influencing.
n
Experience working effectively in cross-cultural environments.
n
Strong media relations and public presentation skills,



with the ability to support and promote community engagement activities.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills across all levels.
n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
n
A proactive, self‐directed approach with enthusiasm and commitment.

Tritton Operations
n
Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in ****, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.
n
Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare are transitioning to a 'hub-and-spoke' model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
