Job Description
You will be responsible for helping maintain and optimise our online store, ensuring our products, pricing, inventory and current launches are accurately set up and aligned across our eCommerce and fulfilment systems. You will work closely with our eCommerce, marketing, warehouse and operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain products within Shopify
n
Create and maintain product SKUs and barcodes
n
Upload and manage product descriptions, imagery, pricing, variants and product information
n
Manage website collections, product ordering and categorisation
n
Assist with ongoing Shopify website maintenance and optimisation
n
Set up and schedule new product launches and drops
n
Ensure new products are correctly set up across all relevant systems prior to launch
n
Maintain accurate pricing across online and retail channels
n




Assist with inventory management and monitoring stock levels
n
Ensure Shopify inventory aligns with fulfilment and warehouse systems
n
About you
n
Experienced in Shopify - this is essential
n
Highly organised and extremely detail-oriented
n
Confident working with product data, inventory and spreadsheets
n
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple digital systems
n
Proactive and able to work independently
n
Strong with time management and meeting deadlines
n
A problem solver who enjoys finding and fixing discrepancies
n
Previous experience managing products, variants, collections and inventory within Shopify
n
Previous experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, online retail or a similar role
