Senior Network Engineer | Cisco & Palo Alto

Deliver network infrastructure for a major Sydney office relocation, covering Cisco switching, routing, Wi‐Fi and Palo Alto firewalls. This senior role requires onsite attendance in Sydney.

Location: NSW
n Work Arrangement: Onsite
n Contract Duration: 6 months, with possible 2 x 6-month extensions
n Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
n
n
Design and implement network infrastructure for a new Sydney office.
n
Install and configure routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls.
n
Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain network performance, security and availability.
n
Maintain network diagrams, configurations and technical documentation.
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n
Minimum 5 years' IT infrastructure and networking experience.
n




Strong Cisco switching, routing, IP networking, Wi‐Fi and fibre optic expertise.
n
CCNA certification and experience with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls.
n
Experience supporting enterprise networks, with office relocation experience desirable.
