Ridley College is seeking a warm and strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our connections with churches, dioceses and ministry organisations and to play a central role in how we raise up the next generation of ministry leaders.
n
This is a varied, people-centred role that blends relationship management, student recruitment and event delivery. You'll be the bridge between Ridley and the wider church community — representing us well, listening deeply, and opening doors for those who are called to study and serve.ey Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Engagement
n
n
Build and maintain relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and partner organisations
n
Represent the College at church, diocesan, and ministry events
n
Develop collaborative initiatives and alumni engagement
n
n
Student Recruitment
n
n
Lead recruitment activity and build pathways from partner organisations
n
Engage prospective students from enquiry through to application
n
Support Open Days and information events
n
n
Events Management
n
n
Plan and deliver key College events including graduations,



public lectures, and partner events
n
Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event evaluation
n
n
Communications & Reporting
n
n
Work with Marketing to promote partnerships, events, and programs
n
Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on engagement and outcomes
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in partnerships, relationship management or ministry engagement
n
Strong event planning and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
n
Genuine alignment with the mission and values of the College
n
Experience in theological education or Anglican contexts
n
Background in recruitment, marketing or community engagement
n
Confidence in public speaking
n
Familiarity with CRM systems
n
