As the College continues to grow alongside the rapidly expanding communities of northern Adelaide, we are seeking two Catholic leaders to join the Xavier College Executive Leadership Team as Campus Principals.
n
The Gawler Belt Campus is Xavier College's established Years 7-12 secondary campus , serving over 1,200 students and offering comprehensive middle and senior years learning pathways. As Campus Principal, you will provide strategic and educational leadership across a large and dynamic secondary learning environment while contributing to the continued growth and success of Xavier College as a whole.

The Opportunity
n
The Campus Principal is the senior educational leader of the campus, responsible for its leadership, performance, culture and day-to-day operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Xavier College's established Years 7-12 campus while contributing to the strategic direction, cohesion and success of Xavier College.
n
Serving a large and thriving secondary community, the Campus Principal will provide strong educational, faith and operational leadership, fostering excellence in learning, wellbeing and student outcomes while actively contributing to whole-of-college collaboration and system leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and nurturing the Catholic identity, mission and life of the campus.
n
Driving excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing and student outcomes.
n
Creating a culture of inclusion, belonging, innovation and continuous improvement.
n
Leading,



developing and supporting teaching and support staff.
n
Building strong partnerships with families, parishes and the broader community.
n
Ensuring effective implementation of College policies, priorities and strategic initiatives.
n
Contributing to College-wide planning, leadership and decision-making through the Executive Leadership Team.
n
Monitoring campus performance, compliance and improvement outcomes.
n
