Job Description
Prepare and process sales documentation, including quotes, sales orders and invoices.
Reserve materials, check availability and update the team on incoming stock and timing.
Maintain accurate records in the point-of-sale/ERP system and shared Google Sheets.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, accounts) to progress orders through each stage.
Monitor email and internal requests, prioritising and actioning tasks for multiple sales team members.




Provide general administrative support to the sales team and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, customer service or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and support several stakeholders at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; warm, professional and approachable.
Comfortable working with online systems, spreadsheets and data entry with high attention to detail.
Adaptable and open to learning complex internal processes and new systems.
This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines.

Experience in building, construction, interiors, design or related industries
Home Office Requirements
Perfectly working headset and webcam
Secure internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
