About the role
Based in Wattle Grove, WA we are seeking a full time experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly team in this busy and wide-ranging role in our Finance Department.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, on-site.
The Role
Debt collecting - efficiently following up with clients telephonically, recording client communications.
Assessing client queries in AR inbox.
Payment allocation queries to be attended to and resolved.
Updating client email addresses when bounce back emails are received from EzyCollect.
Maintaining and building strong client relationships & attending to queries promptly in a professional manner.
Managing Trade Applications and vendor forms




Managing Client accounts and taking off stop credit after payment has been received
Portal Invoice uploading and management
Process banking
Assist Assistant Accountant and other senior finance personnel as required with Ad hoc related tasks as required
About You
Excellent verbal and written skills is essential
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage large volumes of transactions
Positive "can do" attitude
Qualifications & Experience
5 years' experience in a similar role
Understanding of basic account principles & accounts receivable processes
Intermediate in MS Excel and Business Central Dynamics or other ERP System
