Rural Northwest Health is seeking applications for the **** Graduate Nurse Program commencing in February ****.

These positions are part time for 12-months at the Warracknabeal or Hopetoun Campus. The program supports the transition to practice for Graduate Enrolled Nurses.

Graduates will have regular contact with dedicated Clinical Support Nurses
n
A structured orientation and supernumerary days are provided
n
Valuable study days offered throughout the year
n
Practice in acute, aged care, and community nursing.

Key Selection Criteria:
n
n
Enrolled Nurses with less than 12 months since completion of Diploma of Nursing
n
Registration with AHPRA
n
Positive communication skills and the ability to utilise a range of software applications
n
Emerging time management skills and ability to prioritise in a flexible and adaptable way
n
Commitment and willingness to participate in continuing education and development
