Your Impact
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based care to patients with complex and high-acuity needs while supporting patients and families through challenging and often life-changing experiences.
You will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred ICU care
Manage patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation
Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
Support patients and families throughout recovery, rehabilitation and end-of-life care
Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence initiatives
Act as a role model for professional practice and compassionate care
About You
You are a confident and compassionate ICU nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience, including mechanical ventilation
Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care/ICU (or currently undertaking)
Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current Working With Children Check
Knowledge of and compliance with ACQSHC National Standards
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
