Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, supplier agreements, contractor agreements and NDAs
Partner with Sales, Procurement, Delivery and Operations teams to provide practical legal advice and support commercial outcomes
Support corporate governance, compliance initiatives, policies and business-wide legal matters
Assist with legal risk management and dispute resolution
Engage with external legal advisers
Maintain legal templates, playbooks, processes and knowledge resources
Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, technology procurement and regulatory obligations
Work with the General Counsel on strategic business initiatives and legal projects
Requirements
Admission to practise law in Australia
Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate or technology-focused legal practice
Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Strong ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
High integrity, sound judgement and a cooperative working style
Previous in-house legal experience (highly desirable)
Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS or reseller environments (highly desirable)
Experience supporting privacy,



data protection or compliance initiatives (highly desirable)
Exposure to corporate governance, legal operations or dispute resolution matters (highly desirable)
