The Role
This position of Conveyancing Manager/Team Leader offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team.
Reporting to the Manager of Legal and Compliance, you will contribute to the success of the brand by delivering exceptional service and accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:
day to day leadership of the contracts team (10 contracts coordinators)
coach, mentor and support a team
conduct regular one on one meetings and provide feedback
manage team performance, leave planning, rostering and timesheet approvals
support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members
build strong relationships with Principals, Sales Directors and Office Leaders across the business
oversee daily workflow
monitor service levels and resolve operational issues
manage contract-related escalations and identify opportunities to improve processes
maintain contract policies,
support portfolio management and provide leave cover when required
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:




A minimum of 5 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal / manager as well as experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Salary/Benefits
Salary between $100K-$150K including Super
WFH 1 day a fortnight after training
