About the Role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey - from initial enquiry through to delivery.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Managing the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery
Building and maintaining solid customer relationships
Achieving and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
Maximising opportunities across used vehicle stock
Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Following up leads and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity
Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team
About You
We're looking for a driven, ambitious and results-focused sales professional who is motivated by success and enjoys working in a premium environment.
You'll bring:
Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
A passion for luxury, prestige and high-quality vehicles
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills




Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing abilities
A professional presentation and customer-first approach
High energy, resilience and a genuine hunger to succeed
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
Current Australian Driver Licence
