Support the education community by engaging, managing, and maintaining the end-to-end customer relationship lifecycle
Provide end-to-end solutions for education business customers
Build strong partnerships and manage a portfolio of accounts
Guide customers in selecting products across the Officeworks and Box of Books ranges
Provide recommendations, advice, and tailored customer solutions
Plan the week to meet customer expectations, build relationships, and deliver category and portfolio growth
Develop working relationships with school bodies, dioceses, independent school groups, boards, principals, curriculum managers, and procurement leads
Identify opportunities to drive sustainable business growth
Represent the Officeworks brand at trade conferences and other key events
Identify, acquire, and onboard current education business customers
Requirements
5+ years' experience in business-to-business sales and account development
Ideally, experience within office supplies and/or technology solutions for education
Proven success in sales and/or business development within a B2B, face-to-face sales environment
Strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs while maximising customer satisfaction
Good understanding of sales principles,



including pipeline management
Ability to initiate new ideas/concepts
Strong commercial acumen
Analytical and inquisitive mindset
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable
