$110,000–$130,000 plus superannuation

The Role
As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality service provision across various sectors including NDIS, Medicare, TAC, and private clients.




Your primary focus will be supporting and mentoring clinicians in managing their caseloads effectively, developing resources, and maintaining service excellence.
You will also play a key part in streamlining workflows and driving continuous improvement within the team.
In addition to clinical leadership, you'll foster a collaborative team environment, encourage professional growth, and contribute to strategic planning for service development.

Requirements
Qualification inSpeech Pathology or relevant degree
Minimum of 4 years' clinical experience
AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist
Current Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, and Driver's license
Leadership experience is desirable but not essential
