RTOPilot in Australia seeks a Student Support Officer working three days a week in a hybrid role to support qualification students from enrolment to completion.
You will welcome recent students, onboard them to the course, maintain regular contact, respond to inquiries, and monitor progression.
You will also assist with enrolments and reporting for government-funded training, working closely with trainers and the training team.
