About The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader to support our Store Manager in running one of our airport stores.
You'll lead shifts, coach the team, and step up as second-in-charge, including opening, closing, and running the store solo when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the team during rostered shifts, including opening and closing the store
Coaching and supporting team members on the floor, including onboarding new starters
Championing sales through great customer experiences, promotions, and upselling
Supporting stock control, visual merchandising,



and store presentation standards
Stepping in for the Store Manager during absences to keep the store running smoothly
About You
We're looking for someone ready to take the next step into leadership.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership or supervisory role, ideally 1-2+ years
Solid customer service and sales skills, with the ability to lead by example
Confidence handling cash, POS, and store opening/closing procedures
Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays in line with airport trading hours
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
