As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll help older people maintain independence, comfort and quality of life through expert assessment, intervention and collaborative care.
From guiding complex clinical decisions to influencing service improvements across multiple sites, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter for residents, families and communities.

Eligibility for professional membership and certification as a Speech Pathologist in Australia.
Strong experience managing complex clinical caseloads and applying evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to leadership, quality improvement and service development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in aged care, rural or regional health settings and/or experience supervising or mentoring clinicians and students.
