SMP Engineer (Structural, Mechanical and Piping)
MVP Consult is the recruitment arm of MVP Group, a family run Western Australian business delivering modular construction, procurement and fit-out, project delivery consultancy, and energy solutions.
The work is a salt wash plant build on the Pilbara coast, about two hours south of Karratha, running through to Christmas.
The site is camp based.
You will need your own Australian Business Number and current working rights in Western Australia.
The role
You provide the engineering and technical support that keeps the works designed, planned and executed to specification.
Provide technical support to the SMP construction teams
Review drawings, specifications, scopes and engineering deliverables
Coordinate requests for information, design changes and technical queries
Assist with construction planning, methodology and sequencing
Support procurement, material take-offs and subcontractor coordination
Monitor quality, progress and compliance against engineering requirements
Work alongside the Project Manager, supervisors, client and engineering consultants
