We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at
Defence Establishment Orchard Hills
.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
THE POSITION
Lead, coach and support front-of-house hospitality teams
Assist with the day-to-day operation of dining and food service facilities
Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction outcomes
Support rostering, workforce planning and team performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and contractual requirements
Assist in coordinating functions, events and VIP hospitality requirements
Maintain service standards, stock control and operational efficiency




Build a positive team culture focused on accountability and engagement
THE PERSON
Proven experience in hospitality supervision, food and beverage operations or team leadership
Strong people management, coaching and development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management
Experience with rostering, workforce planning and daily operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Current driver's licence preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance
