About the Role
In this full time position (open to part-time based on exp.) you'll handle a mix of complex and rewarding family law matters, delivering strategic legal advice and expert representation to a diverse client base.
With the support of a dedicated team and access to best-in-class resources, you'll play a key role in achieving the best possible outcomes for your clients while building lasting professional relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising clients on a wide range of family law issues including parenting arrangements, separation, property settlements, and domestic violence
High-quality legal documentation,



including affidavits, financial agreements, and consent orders
Representing clients confidently in court, mediations, and negotiations
Working closely with the legal team to deliver cohesive and effective legal strategies
Managing your caseload autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
Mentor and coach junior lawyers
What We're Looking For
Admitted solicitor in Queensland with 5+ years post-admission experience in family law
Strong understanding of family law legislation, court procedures, and legal precedent
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and juggle competing priorities
A proactive mindset and collaborative working style
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for court appearances as required
