Are you an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout Nurse looking for your next chance?
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses or Endorsed Enrolled Nurses with strong Orthopaedic theatre experience to join a highly regarded private hospital in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive perioperative team, working alongside leading surgeons and healthcare professionals in one of the region's most established private hospitals.
About the Opportunity
You will be joining a busy and progressive theatre department offering some of the most advanced Orthopaedic services in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of Orthopaedic procedures while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
This role will suit an experienced Scrub/Scout Nurse who is passionate about Orthopaedics, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a fast-paced theatre environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Full working rights
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated recent Scrub/Scout experience within an operating theatre environment
Strong Orthopaedic clinical experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong commitment to working within a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
An interest in quality improvement and maintaining high clinical standards
Flexibility to work across AM and PM shifts
Desirable
Postgraduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing
