Fuel and Retail Customer Service Cashier (Morning All-Rounder)

The Station Grocer - Ballina

We're looking for a reliable, friendly all-rounder to join our Ballina team in a morning-focused role. This position suits someone who enjoys early starts, can confidently open a store, and is comfortable working across barista, customer service, and retail tasks.
n
This is a casual role (3-5 shifts per week), including weekends.
n

4:30am - 10am (opening shift - key focus)
n
5:00am - 10:00am (early morning barista & service support)
n
10:00am - 3:00pm (mid shift coverage)
n
3-5 shifts per week (including at least one weekend shift)
n
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Opening the store and completing opening procedures
n
Operating the console (fuel sales, EFTPOS, transactions)
n
Making barista coffees and serving morning customers
n
Providing friendly, efficient customer service
n
Serving across fuel, retail, and food service areas
n
Keeping the store clean, stocked, and well-presented
n
Supporting smooth daily handover into mid shifts
n
Handling general store duties as required
n

Pay (Age 20+)
n
Weekdays: $*****/hr
n Weekends: $*****/hr
n (Junior rates apply under 20)
