Job Description
This role requires an executive who can successfully balance operational performance with long-term vision, ensuring Garden Village continues to thrive as a trusted provider while preparing for the opportunities and challenges of the future.
The successful candidate will bring the commercial acumen, governance capability and leadership presence required to lead a high-performing organisation, while remaining connected to the residents, employees and community that sit at the heart of Garden Village's purpose.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Deputy CEO, COO, CFO, Executive Director, General Manager or equivalent senior executive role with organisation-wide accountability.
Significant leadership experience within aged care, health, community services,



disability services or another complex, highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated success leading organisational growth, transformation and strategic change.
Strong commercial and financial management capability, including responsibility for organisational sustainability, investment decisions and financial performance.
Experience working closely with Boards and operating within strong governance frameworks.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and building high-performing leadership capability.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and community engagement.
An authentic, visible and values-driven leadership style.
