Support the development, execution and ongoing performance monitoring of pricing strategies across Plenti's lending channels
Build, maintain and continuously improve analytical and pricing models using statistical, database and AI tools
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity and assess their potential impact on pricing, volume and margin
Design and evaluate pricing tests using lookback analysis
Improve Plenti's pricing processes and governance framework
Prepare insights and recommendations for pricing forums
Support business cases, investment decisions and ad hoc commercial analysis for senior leaders
Identify opportunities to improve pricing performance, portfolio profitability and decision-making through data-driven experimentation
Requirements
2+ years' experience in pricing, commercial analytics or a similar analytical role
A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, STEM or a related quantitative discipline
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel
Solid SQL capability
Experience building reporting and dashboards using BI tools
Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude to analyse data, build reporting and improve processes
Judgement to know when AI outputs require verification




Exposure to product or portfolio profitability analysis, ideally within financial services
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and effectively
Databricks experience is highly regarded, though not essential
