Job Description
Infinite Aged Care in Windsor, NSW, is looking for a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts at our Windsor care home. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on delivering operational stability, frontline staffing, and back‐up planning with our direct, contracting and labour hire workforce.

You'll partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage timekeeping access, training, and confidential rostering data
