Job Description
Plena Healthcare is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver person-centred, mobility-focused therapy within Residential Aged Care settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based programs, review care plans, and provide one-to-one or group interventions to improve resident outcomes.
