Job Description
Bupa is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead Corporate and International Operations in Australia. You will oversee a ~25 FTE team via three Team Leaders, ensuring high-quality, compliant services across Corporate Health Insurance, OSHC and OVHC, while driving continuous improvement and scalability to support growth.

You will partner with Sales, Relationship Managers and key customers to resolve issues, shape tenders, and ensure readiness for current opportunities.
