Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about community-based care and working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team based at the Beulah campus. This is a part time role on a 12-month fixed-term basis (maternity leave coverage), commencing on 12 October ****, with work required on Thursdays. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support clients to remain independent, and make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families within the community.

The successful candidate will have:
n
n
At least 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, high-quality care relevant to experience
n




Experience working in aged care and in a community setting
n
Sound clinical nursing assessment and care planning skills
n
Excellent written communication skills, with proficiency in using a range of software applications relevant to clinical care
n
Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
n
Serology and blood test results
n
Current Driver's Licence
