We're expanding our operations and require an
Data Entry Clerks
to join our friendly team on a Part - Time basis
Our industry is fast-paced and dynamic.
The role involves all aspects of administration activities, including (but not limited to):
providing friendly, personalised customer service in responding to employees, clients, providers and internal customer enquiries
promoting the business in a positive way to achieve sales, including via phone and face-to-face, etc. and;
invoicing of completed jobs;
The work is complex, interesting and very rewarding - you will be challenged in a good way,



with lots of support around you.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
a genuine passion for customer service, with solid skills in promoting and selling services
excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work independently
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail - preferably with MYOB experience, but not essential
highly organised and efficient, with excellent time management skills
strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation
strong experience with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is essential
previous data entry experience preferred but not essential
