Job Description
As an Asset Coordinator with NRW, you are responsible formaintaining accurate asset records, coordinating asset
maintenanceactivities,
monitoring asset performance, and supporting
lifecyclemanagement
to optimize asset reliability, availability, and costeffectiveness. The role works closely with operations, suppliersand subcontractors.

What we are looking for:
n
n
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
n
Australian recognised Certificate IV, Diploma or relevantexperience in Asset Management, Engineering & Maintenance
n
Tickets; White Card,
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
n
Familiarity of earthmoving and construction equipment
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
n
As anAsset Coordinator, you will be responsiblefor but not limited to:
n
n
Maintain and update the asset register within the CMMS/EAMsystem
n
Track asset deployment, transfer, and disposalactivities
n
Ensure asset data integrity and compliance with companystandards
n
Coordinate maintenance activities
n
Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work
n
Monitor work completion and asset downtime
n
Generate reports on asset performance, utilization, andreliability
n
Maintain asset documentation and compliance
n
Ensure statutory inspections and compliance requirementsare met
n




Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
n
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regardingasset-related activities.
n
