About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivatedSales Manager/Sales Representativeto join a well-established business in Coffs Harbour. This is an exciting chance for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and taking ownership of sales performance.

Duties
n
n
Develop and implement practical sales plans designed to increase revenue and market share.
n
Manage existing customer accounts while actively generating new leads and business opportunities.
n
Build trusted relationships with customers, key contacts and stakeholders.
n
Meet with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product solutions.
n
Prepare sales quotes, proposals and presentations tailored to individual customer needs.
n
Follow up leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to completion.
n
Keep CRM records, customer information and sales pipelines accurate and up to date.
n
Keep informed about customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity.
n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
n
Assist with supporting and developing junior members of the sales team where required.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Previous experience in sales, business development or sales management.
n
A demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver strong commercial results.
n
Confident negotiation and closing abilities.
n
Customer-focused approach with the ability to identify and respond to client needs.
n
Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
n
Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
n
Knowledge of the Coffs Harbour or regional NSW market will be highly regarded.
