The Resort:
n Located on the incredible Rottnest Island, the Resort comprises 109 rooms in a variety of layouts with a fast paced restaurant, bars, cafe operation and conference and pool facilities.
n The Role:

Hands on leadership of a team of 50+ with a strong ability to create a wonderful team culture
n
Proven ability to work alongside the team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times and encourage repeat visitation
n
Genuine desire to ensure team development through on the job training
n
Experience in collaborating with various departments of the establishment to ensure incredible guest experience including sales and marketing and back of house operations
n
Excellent communication with all key stakeholders
n
Exceptional financial acumen with proven success in managing multi departmental outlets
n
n
The Candidate:
n
n
Experience in a similar role ideally in a hotel or large multi departmental environment
n




Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
n
Solid ability to organise and prioritise tasks
n
Creative approach to improve efficiencies and processes
n
Experience in developing future Business strategies
n
Excellent wine knowledge
n
Availability across weekend and public holidays
n
A genuine desire to motivate others and create a fun working environment
n
Collaborative approach with no ego essential
n
Full Australian Working Rights and an Approved Managers Licence.
