THE POSITION
n

Lead and oversee a high-quality breakfast buffet service, ensuring exceptional presentation and guest satisfaction
n
Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the onsite catering team in a fast-paced environment
n
Adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining efficiency, organisation, and high standardsManage orders, deliveries, stock rotation,



cleanliness, and build positive relationships with clients and customers
n
n
THE PERSON
n
n
Proven experience in a similar rapid-paced hospitality or catering environment
n
Availability to work 5 mornings per week with a flexible, can-do approach
n
Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP compliance
n
High energy, excellent presentation, solid work ethic, and confidence using MS Office at an intermediate level
n
