JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be ensuring continuity of care across our Home Care North Metro services by providing flexible support where it is needed covering leave and new clients.,
n
n
Professionally deliver a variety of services including food preparation, cleaning and laundry services, personal care, as well as supporting hobbies, interests and leisure activities
n
Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean, tidy and safe from hazards
n
Ensure all personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately
n
Support clients with transport to appointments
n
Provide social support to clients by spending time doing the things they love
n
Prioritise a personal connection with clients, ensuring respect and compassion is shown at all time
n

About the Candidate
n
n
Previous experience working in an aged care or community care environment
n
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
n
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
n
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
n
Permanent part-time employment, working a minimum of 30 hours per week
n
Plenty of work if you are available between the hours of 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
n
Driving throughout the North Metro delivering in-home support to many and varied clients.
n
