As part of its ongoing manufacturing operations, Storemasta is currently looking for skilled Welders to join its team and contribute to the production of its high-quality storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities Weld and fabricate steel components for storage cabinets and other products manufactured by Storemasta.
Read workshop drawings and measurements to ensure components are cut, fitted and welded correctly.
Prepare materials, set up welding equipment and carry out welding and fabrication work to the required standard.
Check finished work for weld quality, dimensions and overall fit, and make adjustments where needed.




Work with the production team to complete jobs on time while maintaining good workmanship and attention to detail.
Keep welding equipment, tools and the work area clean, organised and safe, and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Requirements and Skills Trade qualification in Welding or Fabrication is desirable, or at least 3 years of proven experience working as a Welder.
Practical experience with MIG welding and a range of welding equipment and processes.
Confident using workshop tools and equipment, including saws, squares, calipers and other measuring or hand tools.
Able to read and understand technical drawings, measurements and job specifications.
Good understanding of secure welding practices and the ability to carry out work safely and to a consistent standard.
Reliable and cooperative, with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work well as part of a production team.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
What we offer: Salary of $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
Full-time employment within an established Australian manufacturing business.
