The Role This Senior Bookkeeper position will take ownership of key transactional finance processes.
Duties include but not limited to: Accounts Receivable: cash receipting and allocation, collections and follow-up of outstanding accounts Month-end AR tasks including reconciliations and issuing statements Accounts Payable processing including PO invoices and matching (including stock received)



End to end Payroll processing for roughly 20 staff Managing a high-volume shared inbox workflow (100+ emails/week) Weekly maintenance activities such as updating currency rates Month-end reporting Your Background The ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences ; Experience in a Bookkeeper or Company Accountant role previously Experience working in an SME Pronto experience will be highly regarded Strong attention to detail Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
