Lead $15M+ fitout refurbishment projects with a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial / workplace outcomes.
We're partnering with an established construction group to appoint a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major fitout / refurb projects (typically $15M+ ) from early planning through to delivery and handover.
The role You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including: Managing program, procurement, design coordination and construction delivery Leading site and delivery teams (PMs / CAs / SMs / foremen as applicable) Driving subcontractor performance, EOT management and risk mitigation Commercial management: cost control, variations, reporting and forecasting Stakeholder management across client-side reps, consultants and authorities Ensuring HSEQ compliance and strong site governance What we're looking for To be successful, you'll have:



Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on fitout and/or refurbishment projects valued $15M+ Strong builder-side delivery background across commercial fitout, refurb, upgrades, staged works, live environments Solid contractual and commercial capability (head contract subcontracts) Confident leadership style with strong communication and reporting Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering or similar) Why apply?
