NEW STORE LOCATION LOCATION FASHION STORE MANAGER | NEW STORE OPENING | NORWOOD $67K–$70K + Super + Incentives + Seasonal Garment Allowance I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new store opening in Norwood , and I'm looking for an experienced Fashion Store Manager to take the lead from day one.
This is a beautiful fashion brand catering to a mature, fashion-forward customer , with a strong focus on quality, styling and delivering a genuinely personalised customer experience.
With the store due to open around late October , this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, knows how to drive sales and is excited by the opportunity to build a team and make a new store their own.
ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing your team Driving sales and achieving store targets Delivering an exceptional customer experience Building solid and lasting customer relationships Creating a high-performing and positive team culture Managing day-to-day store operations Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards Taking ownership of the store and its performance Playing a key role in the successful launch of this new location ABOUT YOU I'm looking for someone with strong fashion retail management experience who is confident leading a team and genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor.
You'll ideally have:



Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets Strong leadership and people development skills A passion for fashion and styling Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills A commercial and results-driven mindset The confidence and initiative to build a new store from the ground up Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who can drive the sales, inspire the team and create an exceptional customer experience.
