About the Role As Head Chef, you'll lead all kitchen operations and play a key role in maintaining the venue's reputation for quality food and service.
Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team Managing daily kitchen operations and service periods Menu planning and seasonal menu development Food cost control, stock management, and ordering Ensuring food safety and compliance standards are maintained Driving consistency,
