We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join us in a permanent role working with innovative manufacturing technology while helping build the future of renewable energy.

The Role Based in Salisbury South, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring our manufacturing operations continue delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently.




You'll work closely with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment performing at its best while supporting the ramp-up of our new facility.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose faults and repair production machinery Replace and maintain mechanical components across production equipment Complete preventative and reactive maintenance tasks Work with the maintenance team to prioritise and schedule maintenance activities Monitor production lines and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance Maintain accurate maintenance records through the scheduling system Work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator to identify areas requiring attention Safety Standards At 5B, safety comes first.
You will: Follow all safety procedures and protocols Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team Ensure work aligns with company quality, safety and behavioural standards What You'll Bring Trade qualification as a Fitter, Fitter Turner or Fitter/Machinist Valid driver's licence Robust mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Forklift licence Experience in roll forming or manufacturing environments Scissor or boom lift licence Why Join 5B?
